No, you'll have to use MySQL.

You can actually use it. As The Godfather script had a UserCP that used INI files, I believe one of ******'s libarys concludes a basic UserCP that pulls up INI files and reads them.

It doesn't have to be MySQL.

You can use parse_ini_file php function.

there is something called y_php u can see its functions and how 2 use it when u use YSI....u can probably ask ****** to have a look and show u an example on how to do it
