Hi All.How to change NPC ID to set her ID -1 becouse have a more id's in server :/

NPCs use player slots. You can not get around this. Increase your player slots in server.cfg (if it is hosted, you will have to pay more).

I have suggestion for you. Well as MP2 said already you cannot change the slots that they take, but what you can do is to set more slots and in a smart way. For example
You have 3 npc's
Set your server slots to 13. Then you will have 10 free slots and it wont look bad.
