Actually how do i solve this? The topic says it all.

It all happends when i am trying to open my samp server, using mysql plugin.

Perhaps you should consider reading through a script/plugin's documentation before using it...

I had this problem. Copying the aforementioned files from your win32 folder to your server directory may solve the problem (did for me).

That DLL is part of Visual Studio 2012 (11.0). Download the x86 version from here:

Bump, nothing have worked so far :/, i tried to install all updates windows update is asking for, but still no luck :/
