guy when i use my duel fs all the cmds in server all blocked and when i unload the duel fs they are back to normal

no i am not using dcmd in all scripts

Return 0 in OnPlayerCommandText. Returning 1 basically tells the server that the command is processed and that it shouldn't look any further.
