I looked for any similar problems by ****** and find that it could be a driver problem. Do you updated it before?
Also, update to 0.3x if you don't play on 0.3e server.

Also try to reselect the gta-sa.exe path .. go to sa-mp client and click "Tools" and then "Settings"
