It's not really possible to 'read' it unless you know what each address is for.

You can only tell from the crash address that it was GTA that crashed, not SA-MP. Now, I've been doing a little bit of research and it seems that the SCM opcode 0685 (mentioned at the end of the report) is related to either SetPlayerAttachedObject or AttachObjectToPlayer.
