Hey everyone!

I'm completely new and I just want to introduce myself. At the same time I am hoping for some direction.

When I play servers I get really inspired. I get this sudden urge to build my own kingdom so too say. it has been like this ever since I started playing sa-mp. I've finally decided to give it a shot, I have nothing to lose and lots to gain!

I'm hoping for your support and a little guidance to learning. I'm more of a visual person but I can also do with article type tutorials etc.

Would somebody be kind enough to point me in the right direction. The best way to properly learn everything i need to learn. (for free, possibly)

This will probably be locked, anyways, here is the thread you need to start reading, if you want to start scripting.
Also, try using the forums as a last resort to answer your problems, first, check and try to sort the problem on your own.

You need 2 things to help you.
1. The knowledge of pawn. (you get that from these forums and the sa-mp wiki).
2. An algorithmic way of thinking. (you need to know how to solve the problems mathematically). If you have this, you should be able to learn things fast.

I am also new in this and I am working now at my own gamemode. It's not easy but I am getting there slowly but surely. My advice to you is this: don't give up when you encounter tough problems!
