So i got a script from a friend, and i get Runtime error: 19 that means theres is a plugin that is missing and i wanna know how i can figure out what plugin who is missing??

You should know your script. Then choose the plugins. Widely used plugins are Sscanf and Streamer.
You should add them both in order to make your server working.

Download them and put them in your plugins folder. If you don't have a plugins folder create one.
And add the names in the plugins line of the server.cfg.
