What kind of graphicscard do you have? I dont think its very good (based on your pc specs), so don't use ENB on a low end pc if you don't want to kill your framerate..

ENB is purely made for high-end systems. You can run it with medium systems but it certainly won't be enjoyable with an old Intel GPU.

Oh please. GTA SA even runs fine on 512mb and 256mb video, and a Dual Core processor isn't even needed. I've seen it run at 60fps on Pentium 4 computers...
