And i want to know how to make this when i get into the server when i join i want to show like this

The first picture you use ShowPlayerDialog & DIALOG_STYLE_MSGBOX,

the last picture they use GameTextForPlayer. Look them up at the samp wiki.

EDIT: the last picture could also be a textdraw, I don't recognize the font.
