How can I get offsets from players?

I want to use 2 3D Text labels attached to some players...
But I can't use the same offset, as they will be in each other.

Like one above right above the name tag, and one right above the other tag.

Well, I mean like distance above the players head, I don't want it to far, but I don't want it to low, so I need a way to get it precisely.
