How can i get like NGRP. samp.ng-gaming.net <--- They got that.. But how can i do so my server ip will be that?

First please remove that hostname : port thing and for this you have to setup a record for your domain at your domain pannel.

[Scenario]

In your domain name's DNS settings, you need to set up an "A" record that points at your server IP address.

So, for example, you could setup "server.example.com:7777" where "server.example.com" points to "192.168.0.1" and all you have to do is add the port (unless you're using 7777).
