This really isn't the place to find someone however with paypal you can withdraw to your bank in any currency. (You can convert Indian Rupees - US Dollars then withdraw the dollars). I do it quite often from USD to GBP.

I guess it also depends on if your bank accepts different currency.

I am an Indian, and I warn you, seriously, beware of scammers. Only go for guys you, say, atleast know a bit. Other wise, I assure you your money will be gone.

Well, I'm purchasing something from a site that requires Indian currency & IP address.
So, I thought of using someone as an 'agent' to make the purchase for me. And in return, I transfer my money to their paypal.
