In this new version of kc's vehicle organizer called kVehicles, you can specify what colors you want to change, and comment styles - replaced with vehicle name, merged vehicle name with current comment or just keep comments as they are.

Supported formats: AddStaticVehicle, AddStaticVehicleEx, CreateVehicle, CreateStreamVehicle
(all untested except AddStaticVehicle)

Apparently not, I tried to use it but it removed the respawn time. If KC creates AddStaticVehicleEx it's going to be perfect, nice job. I'm definiately going to use it.

vehicles i converted using my app work fine (AddStaticVehicle)
