update your include and make sure that you are using the right pawno that has the include in

Make sure you're running the correct PAWNO.exe.

-Re-download the include.
-Put it in your pawn >> include.
-Add this at the top of your script

-Open your pawno library then "open file" instead of double clicking on your pawn.
-Recompile.
