Is there possibility to put Image in dialog with discripson?

Edited:Maybe someone know something.. Like puting textdraw or image to dialog!

+ I have in plane more then 1200 jobs.. So is there possibility to make +1200 dialogs?

Yeah needed to correct a little bit.. So it will be only like that staying on screen.. Just I really don't like informative textdraws... + Yeah it is inpossible to do it.... Need to think something out.. thank you for your time guys
