Hi there. I found this mod that adds a new blurring effect to your game, but I've been using it only in single player so far (gonna try it in SAMP later). It adds blur to your background without the need of ENB series as well as making the game more beautiful.
What will it do:
1. It will add blur all around you when you stand still.
2. When aiming your weapon, the blur will disappear.
3. When sprinting, blur will decrease.
4. When driving a car/bike there will be a slight blur ahead of you.
5. When the car/bike is stopped there will be even more blur around you.
6. It doesn't work with boats or airplanes.
7. Cutscenes and training in the gym will be also blurry.
I tried pretty much everything possible in San Andreas and I can tell you it works perfectly fine. The only thing wrong I found was the cutscene and gym problems (and a little NRG bug)

Copy and paste the files to your San Andreas folder. (ASI loader is included)
