6) If you are crashing loading SA-MP, please say whether GTA:SA single player works (test it): When I open GTA San Andreas Single Player it appaers GTA:SA loading screen and then I get "gta_sa.exe stopped working" error.

Can delete this, I fixed it reainstalling GTA:SA and SAMP on another directory... Anyway I still have mouse bug

Hmm did you try while playing to press esc then move your mouse up and down twice then go back to game if it didn't work go check in options mouse controls.

I get the mouse bug when I go to the menu, for fix it, I have to relog or minimize and maximize...
