I have some suggestions
- Added Background Image (GTAIV or GTASA or your Own Background)
- News For Server News/Announcements etc.

You should correct the XSS vulnerability on the comment form.

You must put background in the css instead of HTML to load it faster
The design is loading faster than the background.

And make the design more cool its not looking so cool.
And ur logged in spell is wrong

Rename "loged" to "logged"
