I don't know any free hosting but I'm sure you will be interested in Vortex servers. I've been with their hosting for a month now and I must say that it is reliable and most importantly affordable. They're a great host if you're looking for something very close to free. However, I know a few of my SA:MP pals release free hosting every year to a certain amount of clients.
