fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "YSI\y_ini"

Here is what I've tried:
Changing "YSI\y_ini" to "YSI/y_ini", Moving the YSI folder from "SA-MP Server\pawno\includes" to "SA-MP, Server\includes", Tried taking everything out of the YSI folder and just placing all of them in "SA-MP\pawno\includes" and changing "<YSI\y_ini>" to "#include <y_ini>"

Tried going straight to the pawno folder and loading pawno from there and then loading script, I don't have any other sa-mp server files on my computer

Redownload Y_INI and place it in your "pawn\includes\YSI\" folder.
