Is there anyway to disable this from coming into the chatbox?
If not, is there anyway we can force the player to use the command /audiomsg upon connect?

no and no, you have to use Incognito's audio plugin to achieve this, although the "audio stream:" message is not very annoying, you could get used to it!
kalcor said that every client has the right of what is being directly streamed or downloaded into their computers, even if it's something as simple as an audio stream.

The green text displays the message about the user connecting to a certain audio stream? If that's the case then no it's impossible to do so. And for your second question, you can make it so that once a player connects to the server it sends them a message to use /audiomsg to disable it.
