I have had this problem for long. I've never understood whats the problem is but the server is fine for a while but after some people have joined and quit the server won't suddenly let any people join the game.

At this moment there are 1 guy ingame but the server doesn't let any other players join the game. On join game nothing happends

check the max players in ur gamemode and server.cfg . Also check logs and see if there is something which might crash the client.

Nothing crashes and max players is 300

try installing the latest version of sa-mp server, then install ur scripts in that.
