At one server (which is online and works for other players) I keep getting the same problem when trying to connect.
"Connecting to server
Joining the game
Server is restarting"
And this keeps repeating. Other servers work fine. What's the issue?

It may be because someone is banned from your server & there is a problem in the script or there samp.exe, but chances are if you have not banned anyone or anything then just re check that you have the right version of script like for e.g 0.3e ect..

It's not about my server, I am experiencing this error on someone's else server.
I am not banned from that server either.

Alright what you need to do is uninstall your SAMP files all of them, then you need to re install them and it should work fine if it does not work fine right away might have to restart modem Ik its weird but it worked for me when I did it

There is probably some problems with port forwarding of that server, OR someone range banned your place, it isn't caused because of a ban, so I think there is a problem with the port forwarding of the server.

That specific server is more than likely down, or as he said, experiencing port forwarding problems. You may have been range banned or your country is blocked from that server.
