What do you mean not starting did you update to 0.3e ?

If it's for yourself, You have to add your local IP: 192.168.2.? The ? Depends on your router. To get the ? You have to: Start - Run - CMD. Typ "ipconfig" and your IP should appear.

If you want other people to join - You have to portforward. (Www.portforward.com)

Another option - Have you updated your GM to 0.3e?
