I found a server with a control panel for the vehicles. I was wondering what this is called, I can't find anything on Wikipedia about this. Please tell me what this is, and perhaps how to make a quick one.

Click able textdraws

Create a textdraw.
Make them clickable.
Show the textdraw when player is in a vehicle.
Use OnPlayerClickTextdraw for the clickable textdraw.
