Thats not possible , because you have to know that this message have no Playerfunction that online one player can see this icon.

But you can send a message to the admins with SendClientMessage or you can show textdraws .
But I don't know if the weaponicons of SendDeathMessage are in one .txd file.
When they are there then you can use them as sprite in a textdraw
