Hello gamers, I would please LOVE to know how to fix this problem, I just downloaded GTA SA:MP and I know this download works because I used it on my old PC. Here are some Screen Shots And no, I am not using ANY mods.
And also, my graphical setting are even on high, and STILL, you'll notice, crappy sidewalks and shadows, CRAPY water, and just messed up. This happened randomly.

in the game press Esc to open up the menu,

then go to options -> display setup -> advanced

and switch from 16 bit to 32

example new res: 1024x724x32

sir also think the game is old its self so even high resolution could still be bad...

Beastorc3 - I can run GTA SA on a 40Inch TV what are you talking about? it's a 16bit colors problem in the resolution. change it to x 32
