Specs:
Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002, Pentium 4 CPU One core processor, 3.00 GHz, 512 MB of RAM.

Graphics card:
Nvida GeForce FX 5200

By the way, it happens both on SA-MP and Single Player. I don't have any skin/vehicle mods, i tried to re-install, NOTHING HELPS, so if you're gonna suggest something totally stupid that i've already tried, I suggest you think of another solution...

Same Problem like me before, Just Re-Install GTA SAN and dont mods anytings.

It is a video card problem and it's not related to sa-mp itself. I'd suggest updating to the latest driver. I used to have this problem on an old computer and it did turn out to be the video card. It was back in 2008 so I'm not sure about what I've done to fix it. But again, updating to the latest graphics card driver should help.

Your rig is pretty old, tho video accelerator seems to be pretty ok. Update your video drivers, if you are new to this, do it by windows update
