Hey guys. I'm going to buy a new hard drive, since I have too many games and my current one is a bit old. What one should I get? I'm torn between these two,

I've heard that Seagates aren't as reliable as WD's. They also aren't as fast. What would you buy? For 3 pounds more I get another 1000 GB. I don't know what's better as I don't want to have to buy more drives. I'll be putting games and video on these drives, what should I get?

I'd pick the 2tb.. The Ј3 for an extra 1tb is a no-brainer. I've never had any hard drives fail on me so I don't care what sort of hard drives I have, as long as they work and do the job!

As i know, no hard drive fails so go ahead and buy the 2TB

Lies. Try leaving any non server grade HDD turned on and in use 24/7 and see if it does not fail within a year. Luckily, most crap HDD's fail within a few months of purchase...

Pick the WD one, it's more reliable and one of the best harddrives on the market. If you really want a good harddrive go for a Samsung Spinpoint

Get 3 HDDs, put them in RAID-5. Problems solved.
