Public Server
#1

Hi, I have a few questions:

1. How do I make my server public?
-I have lanmode 1
-announce 1
-query 1

It is not public but has the correct details

Listing Information
Public No
Hosted List No

Server Information
Map San Andreas
Version 0.3e-R2
Password No
Weather 10
Website www.sa-mp.com
Server Location
Country: (Unknown Country?) (XX)
City: (Unknown City?)

General Information

Hostname AuServer
IP:Port 182.[hidden for privacy]
Gamemode Bare Script
Players 0 / 100

So how do I make it public, all the other posts on this site don't help, I have gone into my router(Linksys WAG54G) "Applications and Gaming" > "Single Port Forwarding" and set internal and external port to 7777 for UDP and TCP for my PC's IP, the server with 182. works on my computer.

2. I want to make a gamemode like Protect the Presidnet crossed with GamerX and be able to ban cheaters etc.

Thanks in advance

Port forward your router and set your announce to 1 in your server.cfg. If you want to have paid host, please look for this list.

If you need instructions how to port forward your router, there is good instructions in SA-MP, or in ******. Try to search your router model name and port forwarding. You could find good results.

Open your Ports and open your server.cfg and set the announce to 1. Or you buy a host, for your server.

Try to check your server in http://monitor.sacnr.com and see, is your server reachable. If it's, all is working fine.

EDIT: also try to put your lanmode to 0. I'm not sure, if it makes some effect, but you can try it.

Can't afford payed hosting and how can http://sa-mp.in/monitor/index.php read all my server data when it isn't public? I have allowed UDP port 7777 in Windows Firewall and tried lan mode 0 and 1 with no luck. Any free & recommended servers?
