Hi, i wanna to make /neon for turn off and turn on the Neon, but, How to turned off neon lights but not destroy the object, Please teach me how to make it

Maybe if you rotate them along X or Y axis. I don't know which axis it is, so you'll have to experiment. My guess is the Y axis. Lights turn off when the X or Y angle of an object exceeds 15 degrees.
