Hello everyone,
I had some questions about no-ip and how it works etc.
So here we go!
1. Make an account at https://www.no-ip.com/
2. You should be reffered to this link: https://www.no-ip.com/members/
3. Click on add a host.
4. Fill in the information like here: (I made my ip hidden- yours should already be there)

5. Hit create host.
6. Download this client: http://www.no-ip.com/downloads.php?page=win
7. Once downloaded open it, login with your login details from the website.
8. Now it should look like this:
http://imgur.com/uNwpK
(tick the box that your host is, then hit save.)
9. Everything should be ok now you can now use your host (for me: urownchoice.no-ip.biz)
10. Have fun with your server!
