I think you'll find thats a custom mapping. Not single player. Pretty sure its just 'weapon' id 328, large gift box

It's not in the game. Somebody added it in themselves by downloading a map or mapping it themself.

No it's not custom mapped place.. There's a cabin at the docks (where that military base was in singleplayer) and when you get there you'll see a small cabin and just enter it..
