Q:How does this provide IRC channel Protection?
A:The Command !cprotect sets the channel mode to +miRCp(Bots must be OP)
Q:How do i change the level on some of the Commands?
A:Ex. To Make something for HOp to OP Change IRC_IsHalfop To IRC_IsOp
