Yeah, you'd base it on whatever vehicle was supposed to be used. Like obviously if this was for a trucking mission you'd use a truck.

But if it's for any vehicle then I guess maybe try with the fastest vehicle and the slowest vehicle and see how long it takes with each, then any time between those two would be acceptable or something. It's kinda difficult to help without knowing exactly what it's for.
