I have a problem with my NPC's.. They joins the server perfectly...But.. A few seconds later they all leave the sever at once... How to make them stay longer?

Maybe you have done something OnPlayerSpawn like if player are not registred kick them, you should put if( IsPlayerNPC( playerid ) ) return true; in every callback which contains anything with login/spawn.

Ah i have a Register system on my server.. So that is why they gets kicked? after a while?
