I get this weird bug when some people talk in OOC chat their OOC name is "Deputy Sheriff I"
If they're an administrator or something, and OOC is disabled, it works perfectly fine, but if its enabled, it'll look lik this, and the message duplicates twice.

Otherwise if they're just a normal player, their name is like this.
