Hello, I need to ban a country cause of cheaters, Ive a cheater IP iґ've banned his IP but he is using proxies.. so any idea what should i do?

Use a range ban, for example /ban 192.168.*.* bans someone with 192.168.82.69 aswell as 192.168.69.69
