Just update your server files to the newest version and re-compile the script on your pawno editor.

update plugins and every file then re compile the gamemode script reply back if it did not fix

go to http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03e_svr_R2_win32.zip and open with winrar and extract samp-server.exe to your 0.3c server then just run samp-server.exe then it a 0.3e server
