Hello i wanted to add the fireworks fs

Im running a test server hosted on my pc to learn scripting , i've been told that i need sscanf and streamer plugin so that fs works

I installed the fs correctly and it shows me in cmd that its loaded so its the sscanf but it doesnt show that plugin streamer is loaded.
( when i go to server and try to /placefw it says unknown command )
I placed those dlls for streamer in the needed folders (for windows) correctly , is it something that i do wrong ?

I really want to add that fireworks filterscripts , how can i fix this ?
