ok so when i click connect buttum nothing happens tryed all servers same insue also when i try open single player same think wont open

Reinstalling SA:MP+Deleting all SA:MP based files and then reinstalling can fix your problem.

After unistall also, there might be some inactive samp files.
Make sure that you delete those and then install samp again.
