No hace animacion

relize este codigo pero se supone que tiene que realizar una animacion el skin pero no lo realiza en que esta mal?

Aveces la librerнa de animaciones no carga, te sugiero poner 2 veces la animaciуn.

asi lo puse en onplayerconect tambien lo puse 2 veces en onplayerrequest y sigue sin aplicar la animacion
