I'm using SQL, and have weapon slots set out from Weapon1, Weapon1a all the way to Weapon12, Weapon12a, and this stock...
In the OnPlayerDisconnect public I've put "SavePlayerWeapons(playerid);", but when you disconnect & relog it doesn't save the weapons.
