How can I define custom keys, like U, L, J(that usually have no action assigned in GTA).I have seen in a server press L to turn [HEAD]Lights on.And as far as I am concerned, there's no special action assigned to L in GTA SA.Thanks in advance.

You can't use any keys, which are not listed here: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/GetPlayerKeys

The only possible way you can use the 'L' key for something, is if you have edited your game settings/configurations that have redefined the action of the L key.
