How the fuck do you do the '|' symbol on a keyboard that has the UK Keybard setting, I've searched ****** and shit, cant find anything on it, xD.

not sure about english layout but what about shift+\ ?
I guess it should give out |.

Also my keyboard says 'Alt' not 'AltGr' for some reason

Like it was said shift and \ its beside the ] or } and under the backspace.

On your keyboard to the right of ] or } is the \ key. Press Shift + \ will get you |.
