I tried and observed many times.. that after i created 5 clickable TD's the other's .. 6th and so on.. doesn't responds in clicking..

Not that I'm aware of. So far I've shown about 10 clickable textdraws at a time and they all worked fine. Be sure to set TextDrawTextSize and/or TextDrawBoxSize appropriately.
