Fuel problem ..the fuel works good but the vehicle doesent stop at fuel: 0.. what cmd,function you need tell me!

TogglePlayerControllable(i, 0); where the fuel is 0

or

SetVehicleVelocity(vehicleid, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0); same at the fuel thing

but then i do /exit and start engine..
