Did you added the plugins in Plugins line in server.cfg?
Do you got the includes for that plugins ?

Are you using windos or Linux?

For Linus in server.cfg use it as 'plugins streamer.so'

For Winows in server.cfg it as 'plugins streamer'

I think h knows that. Cause 2 of his plugins are being loaded and that means he knows the syntax
