My server says "Retrieving Info" and 0/0 but it changes the ping and ppl can get in.

You are right..Same problem with me too(if i add your server to my list)
care to show us server.cfg
Also remember if you are hosting server on your OWN pc from where you are playing it adding the IP wont work. U need to add 127.0.0.1 instead of the IP
